I flew into Buenos Aires and took the shuttle to this hostel which is cheaper than a taxi. It is around a hour to get the hostel. The location is good, not far from restaurants and bars. It is a short walk to the centre of the town. It is a safe area although some thought otherwise. It is by no means a party hostel but a great place to meet other backpackers.
The staff here are friendly and super helpful. I was able to join the walking tour the following day which wasn’t too far or hard to get to.
I stayed in a female form with three other girls. The dorm rooms are clean and have lockers at the bottom. The bathrooms are outside but clean and have plenty of hot water.
Breakfast is great- cereal, tea/coffee, eggs, croissants and juice. It is plentiful and included in the price. The is also free wifi and the connection is good.
Overall a great, friendly hostel, would defo recommend it and would defo stay here again!
